BROOKSVILLE – At least two people were injured after a motorcycle was involved in a crash on Cortez Blvd at Highline Drive.

BROOKSVILLE – A Spring Hill Woman is behind bars this morning, after she rear ended a K-9 Patrol SUV while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

UPDATE; 9:20 P.M. – A spokesperson for Pasco County Animal Control says the Pit Bull was euthanized due to it’s injuries.

NEW PORT RICHEY (PASCO) – An 11-year-old boy is recovering from a dog bite, after an adopted Pit Bull attacked him at his residence on Saturday.

LAND O’ LAKES (PASCO) – Two Pasco County Sheriff’s Deputies suffered minor injuries today, after they were struck by colliding vehicles at the intersection of SR-52 and Hays Road.

UPDATE: The suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his 40s, with dark hair, wearing a blue t-shirt, grey pants and glasses. Officials say he fled east from the bank. See image below.

SPRING HILL – Investigators are on the scene of a bank robbery that occurred earlier this afternoon at the BB&T Bank located at 5331 Spring Hill Drive.

INVERNESS (CITRUS) – Two people were injured in a horrific rollover crash on Sunday and one of the victims can thank several Citrus County Deputies for saving his life.

HOLIDAY – Floyd Maryweather walked away victorious after Saturday’s bout with opponent Conner McGregor, and Pasco County Officials say that’s what led to a violent altercation at a residence on Roxbury Drive that left one man with a stab wound to the head.

UPDATE: 6:54 P.M. – Breighner’s uncle, Robert Benjamin, contacted RNRF and explained that his nephew did not run from today’s hearing but that when he arrived in the parking lot of the courthouse, several deputies charged after him, which led to him fleeing the area. The details of the child custody case aren’t clear but Benjamin says his nephew is the one who filed today’s emergency motion for child custody, due to his child’s mother having an alleged substance abuse problem. Benjamin goes on to say that his nephew did not injure the deputy during the pursuit.

UPDATE: 4:52 P.M. – Travis Wade Breighner is now in custody.

PASCO – Authorities are searching for 20-year-old Travis Wade Breighner who ran from a court hearing at the Pasco County Courthouse earlier this morning. Witnesses say Breighner injured a Bailiff during the chase but officials say there were no injuries reported.
