  • I mean really is it really worth it. To all those that get behind a wheel to drive that have been drinking or doing drugs. You are all putting lives of innocent children, moms, dads, grandparents families, friends. How will you all feel if your dumb ass decisions to get behind the wheel and you cause an accident that causes fatalities to a family with children involved. Killing a mom, dad and all kids or a grandparent or mother. Knowing you just took a families life or a mother or fathers life away from their kids bc you cant make a decision to not drive. I don’t know why these ppl with DUI’s the first time should have their license revoked and their cars impounded and not returned back to them. Then we have these repeat offenders. That don’t get punished. Just some fines and DL taken doesnt stop them at all. They get bonded out and out doing the same thing. Im sorry but they need to have harsher chargers. Like attempted murder with a deadly weapon. Bc they chose to get behind the wheel. Stiffer charges need to happen or it will continue. Im a single mom with 3 kids on these roads and I’ll be damned you will face multiple chargers putting my children’s life at risk as well as mine. Judges and staye attorney need to see how many accidents are out their caused by drugs or alcohol and they get off easy and not what they deserve. Harsher punishment maybe they will think a little better knowing its not just a ticket and lose your DL for a short period of time and screw allowing them to get hardship license so they can get to work and back. Take a bus or cab. We all know the hardship are being taken advantage of. They just dont get caught. These bond amounts are ridiculously to low. They shouldn’t be able to bond out right away. Our roads need to be safer to drive on. To many people’s lives are in danger bc of idiots like her and all the others. Makes me sick.
