DEVELOPING: Bomb Threat Prompts Evacuation of Hernando County Courthouse
UPDATE: 11:07 P.M. – The Courthouse has been cleared and is now open for regular business.
BROOKSVILLE – The Hernando County Courthouse is under evacuation, after a clerk called 911 to report receiving a bomb threat.
There are unconfirmed reports that the caller stated he planted the bomb inside and would soon detonate it.
All occupants are being evacuated at this time.
Fire Rescue and Law Enforcement are on scene.
The Courthouse is located at 20. North Main Street in Brooksville.
