  • What a mess the sheriff’s office created. They turned northbound drivers into that horrible maze off Knucky Road. Cars were going up dead end streets onto dirt paths and when one was able to find Thrasher, you were turned back a half mile from 19. God help the people with no sense of direction. There were scores of cars going in every direction looking for a way. Little did we know that 5 miles of 19 was closed.

  • I live right off of yellow hammer. I had a hard time e getting back into the neighborhood this afternoon. I was told by an officer the someone flicked a cigarette butt. A neighbor on the main road said they saw 4 wheelers in the area just before it all happened. Scary to think how close it truly was. Now all we can do is hope for rain since it’s all currently bone dry.
