According to Officials, 36-year-old Christopher Lee Norman and his brother, 31-year-old William J. Norman were drinking at Seven Deuces Bar on Saturday evening, when they became involved in a “large physical disturbance” at around 12:45 a.m. Deputies made contact with Cynthia Panariello who stated that William and Christopher had bit her finger and spit in her face. During the investigation, Deputy Mascitelli observed William attempting to leave in a vehicle but was ordered to stop. As a result, William elbowed Deputy Mascitelli and shoved him backwards. An additional charged of Battery on LEO was placed on Christopher after he spat on detention deputies during the booking process at the jail.
William is charged with Battery, Battery on LEO, Resisting with Violence, and Disorderly Intoxication.
