SPRING HILL – Yesterday RNRF caught up with Vice and Narcotics Detectives at the Chevron gas station on Spring Hill Drive, after undercover detectives conducted a buy-bust operation with several suspects near the gas pumps. (CLICK FOR ORIGINAL REPORT)

This morning the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 4 suspects in connection with yesterday’s operation, and one of the suspects was wanted in connection with a recent violent burglary

According to reports, 24-year-old William Xavier Glover and passenger Ashley Roller, 23, met at the Chevron to conduct a narcotics transaction with an undercover detective. Prior to their arrival, Glover met with Sammi Jo Martinez, 26, and Nicholas Bailey, 24, to pick up a bag of marijuana, which is what he later brought to the Chevron.
Once the transaction was complete, detectives moved in and arrested all four suspects without incident.

During a search of the suspect’s vehicle, detectives discovered cocaine and marijuana packaged for sale. They also discovered a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia.
Detectives soon discovered that Glover was wanted in connection with a felony battery and burglary that occurred in January of this year.

Glover is charged with Sales and Possession of Marijuana, among other drug related charges, and Burglary with Battery. His total bond is set at $39,000.

Bailey is charged with Sales and Possession of Marijuana and other related charges and is held on $11,000.

Martinez faces Possession of Cocaine with Intent to sale and Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. She is currently held on $21,000 bond.

Roller is charged with Principle to Sale Marijuana and allowing an authorized driver to operate a motor vehicle. Roller has posted a $3,000 bond.

  • Tom Thank you for replying to my question, promptly too. The reason I asked is because my husband has had his identity stolen twice from the veterans registry and myself from a local surgeon’s office, so guess you can understand the concern regarding such. Thx again. and we do appreciate what you do for the community.

  • 2 more missing as well as yours adjust you jaw, one to include collecting IP address so they ( leo’s ) can come and get them. Is that big brother at its worst? Don’t do drugs or alcohol . If this is happening I don’t care to participate and I have no skeletons in my closet, as I know other high and mighty on here do. So any explanation is welcome. Let’s see if this gets posted, if not at least I will know, posters won’t but I will. I personally read all 3 missing posts,, nothing said that would do harm or threats, well maybe the IP address one that cops wouldn’t want us to know that for the alleged criminals. Make more time for their extra circular activities. And I did and do respect cops, just the good ones of course., but I do hate a hypocrite. Simple question= is this site collecting IP addresses for the leo’s or any form of identity verification?? Not accusing you Tom of anything, this is a formal question and is my 1st Amendment Right to ask this question it is also your site and you can pick and choose what you want to post, Or if you want to reply. I enjoy the site but enjoy my privacy more.especially in this day and time.with chaos everywhere.

  • Over a little bag of weed?? REALLY?? This stuff will be legal shortly dip sh*ts! Then u’ll have to let all these people go. Why don’t u try stopping some REAL criminals, not some kids selling dime bags of rags. BIG story, unbelievable. What about the opioids epidemic??? People droppin like flies! Go after these doctors selling scripts

    • oh heres the token fool saying ” its gonna be legal soon”. Wasn’t cocaine also located and the one guy wanted for a violent crime? I know many are looking for excuses to justify weed but shouldn’t you properly troll instead of just looking uneducated. These clowns dealing are at a gas station where hard working people go and shouldn’t have to see dirtbags like this doing business. save your bleeding hard liberal nonsense for something else rather then sticking up for criminals. if you’re such a ” concerned citizen” you should be thanking the cops for getting dirtbags out of public areas instead of being a “criticizing citizen”.

      • Yes there was coke & a warrant for a felony, but that was the BLACK guy. He was a given anyway. Rs must stand for REAL STUPID! This is the pettiest bust I’ve ever heard of. The dog was probably hitting on an old mcmuffin. Their scared of real criminals, THEY have guns! & they might shoot back! [email protected] that! We’ll stick to harassing kids! Taking their lunch money they spend on weed. Put them on probation & ruin their lives over a nickle bag. Ya, that’s a good idea.we’ll show them how harmful weed is! It’ll ruin ur life! ( or some politician who thinks he knows how U should live) but ALCOHOL is legal!! It kills thousands every year , innocent people!! Liquor store on every corner, politicians suck it down like a thirsty horse! But that’s different. How many people have died from weed??? NONE!!!!! WAKE UP!!

        Sunday, 12 February 2017, 7:21 am
        • we get it you think weed should be legal;still does not justify the warrant and the coke (unless you think coke should be legal too)

          Monday, 13 February 2017, 6:51 pm
    • concerned do you really think after pot is legal that offenders of related crimes will be let go ? SMH

      Friday, 10 February 2017, 10:09 pm
    • I agree. Go fry some big fish.

      Friday, 10 February 2017, 11:24 pm
    • No they WON’T have to let them go because at the time they commit the crime, it’s STILL ILLEGAL and they can and WILL faces charges. They won’t be ‘let go’ just because it becomes legal down the road smart one…smdh.

  • Is this What America Has Turned Into.

    Friday, 10 February 2017, 5:18 pm
    • No, this is what Spring Hell has turned into thanks to Obama the past 8 yrs. His governing of our country handed out EBT cards for free food and welfare checks like they were Christmas bonuses for these low life losers. Instead of getting a REAL JOB like most normal people have to, they would rather take the unlawful way out and be pathetic lazy welfare sewer rats with a one way ticket to state prison. Good job HCSO. Now if only the State Atty’s office will LEAVE THEM THERE. Stop ‘working deals’ with these losers, and put them away…we could quite possibly have a decent county to live in once again. Smdh…
