Gang Member Charged with Drug Trafficking, Neighbors Relieved
SPRING HILL – Yesterday, RNRF received dozens of requests for information regarding the presence of multiple Sheriff’s Deputies at a residence on Pike Ave.
After receiving a full report from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office, we now know that a self-proclaimed member the Folk Nation Gang was arrested on numerous drug related charges.
According to reports, just before 6:00 p.m. yesterday, Detectives executed a search warrant at 11404 Pike Ave and arrested 27-year-old Jonathan Lee Huff.
Officials say Huff was making narcotics transactions in his front yard at the time of his arrest.
Huff was found to be in possession of 120 pills of hydromorphone and nearly $700 in cash. A search of his bedroom revealed a baggie of methamphetamine, marijuana, scales, and syringes.
Huff, who is a convicted felon, is no stranger to interactions with deputy sheriffs, say officials. In 2013, Huff was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Oxycodone. He was arrested again in 2014 for Trafficking in Hydromorphone.
Vice detectives advised that Huff was selling at least 200 pills and methamphetamine to approximately 50 customers every day. The street value of the pills alone is estimated to be approximately $7,000, according to officials.
Detectives also determined that Huff was associated with Paul Bodisch, whose house was raided by the Vice and Narcotics Unit on April 21st of this year. Click Here For the Paul Bodisch Report
