Identities Revealed in Saturday’s Deputy Involved Shooting

On Sunday, we brought you dramatic video of the standoff and subsequent shooting, as it unfolded.
Today, officials released the identities of the suspect and the deputy who fired his weapon, injuring the suspect.
Officials say, 38-year-old Deputy Daniel J. Snyder, a four-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office, has been placed on administrative paid leave, pending the outcome of an investigation by Internal Affairs and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The suspect, 46-year-old Kenneth Scott Bartram, is currently listed in stable condition at a local trauma center, after sustaining several gunshot wounds.
Bartram is charged with Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer – bond is set at $25,000.
The investigation continues, according to officials.
