K9 Locates Convicted Sex Offender after Short Vehicle/Foot Pursuit
SPRING HILL – A convicted sex offender is behind bars, after he fled from deputies during a routine traffic stop, yesterday afternoon.
According to reports, 24-year-old Joseph Terry Kincade failed to stop, when Deputy Blake Vanderford initiated traffic stop at the intersection of Waterfall Drive and Gibraltar Street. Instead, Kincade bailed out of the red Kia Sephia that he was driving and fled on foot. Several deputies established a perimeter in the area and a K9 unit was dispatched to attempt a track.

Kincade was taken into custody without further incident and charged with Driving on a Suspended License, Resisting Arrest, and Burglary.
Kincade remains behind bars at this time – held on a $9,500 bond.
Officials say Kincade is a convicted sexual offender.
