Man Charged in Connection with Curry Drive Weapons Offenses
SPRING HILL – This afternoon, RNRF brought you a report on three separate incidents that occurred over the last few days, including a shooting in the area of Curry Drive. According to our sources, deputies were dispatched to 13083 Curry Drive at 12:42 AM on Tuesday, after reports of shots fired. At 11:18 PM that evening, deputies returned to the same address and 13071 Curry Drive, after reports of additional shots fired.
Today, deputies charged 21-year-old Timothy Roye Robbio with 3-counts of firing a missile into a dwelling or vehicle. The Sheriff’s Office has not released an official report; however, case numbers related to the suspect, match those of the incident reports from the Curry Drive addresses.
Earlier this afternoon, Detectives stopped a gold Lexus, just one street from Curry Drive address, at the intersection of Lawrence Street and Landover Blvd, where it is believed that Robbio (Possibly the passenger) was taken into custody. It is unknown if the driver, pictured below, was charged with a crime or just detained during the investigation.
Robbio remains behind bars, held on a $30,000 bond.
UPDATE: Robert Serrano, the driver of the gold Lexus, says “I have no ties with the incident whatsoever & was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.” Serrano was not charged but was detained during the investigation.
We will bring more on this story as it develops.
