Man Charged with Sexual Battery – Free on $75,000 Bond – ACQUITTED
UPDATE: 7/8/2017, 9:24 A.M. – Mr. Sienkiewicz contacted RNRF and stated that he was acquitted of the sexual battery charge. He did not wish to go on record at this time regarding the details of his acquittal but court records confirmed that on January 27th of this year a jury found him not guilty.
SPRING HILL – A 22-year-old man is accused of raping an unidentified victim.
According to officials, Matthew Sienkiewicz turned himself into law enforcement yesterday and was booked on one count of sexual battery.
There aren’t many details available at this time, but according reports Sienkiewicz sexually battered a person who was physically helpless to resist.
Sienkiewicz is free on a $75,000 bond.
