Man Charged with Two Counts of Attempted Murder, Held Without Bond
BROOKSVILLE – An arrest has been made in an early morning shooting that occurred nearly two weeks ago at a residence on Twigg Street.
Officials are not releasing many details at this time; however, jail records indicate that 35-year-old Calvin Lee Howard was arrested last night and charged with two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, Firing a Weapon into a Vehicle or Building, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Officials have confirmed that there were no injuries as a result of the shooting.
Howard is currently behind bars at the Hernando County Jail – held without bond.
