Man Snapchats Apology to Child Sexual Battery Victim, Begs Her Not to Tell
LUTZ (PASCO) – A New Year’s Eve party turned horrifying for a teenage girl who was sexually battered by a 24-year-old man.
According to Pasco County Officials, Detectives responded to the victim’s residence in the early hours of January 1, 2018, where the victim, who is under the age of 16, claimed that William Cage Hollenbeck entered her room and raped her.
Officials say Hollenbeck violated the victim both orally and vaginally until the victim ran to the bathroom and began to cry.
The victim contacted an Arkansas Detective, who in turn contacted Pasco County Authorities.
Hollenbeck Snapchatted the victim, begging her not to contact authorities because it would “ruin his life.”
During an interview with Detectives, Hollenbeck admitted to the incident but says he was “intoxicated” and that he thought it was consensual.
Hollenbeck was arrested and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Battery with a minor under 16 and was transported to the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center.
Hollenbeck is currently held on a $10,000 bond.
