Man Sustains Traumatic Injuries in Vehicle Crash – Spring Hill Drive and Bishop

SPRING HILL – Two people sustained injuries this evening, after two vehicles collided at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Bishop Road.

An elderly man was transported to Bayonet Point Hospital with traumatic injuries – his condition is unknown at this time.

A second person was transported locally with minor injuries.

The crash completely closed the westbound lanes but traffic is now running smoothly in both directions.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.

  • Does anyone read? If that was the elderly man standing there next to the car then he recovered from his traumatic injuries very quickly. The cane may be the elderly gentleman’s or possibly the gentleman standing by the vehicle could be a relative or friend. Either way the truck looks like it sustained more damage than the car.
