Pasco Deputy, Live PD “Star” Arrested for Driving Under the Influence
UPDATE: 12:07 P.M. – Attorney Pierre Joseph contacted RNRF immediately after we broke the news of Walker’s arrest, demanding that we remove the article regarding his client. “I am requesting that you immediately remove your story regarding Deputy Walker. The story contain multiple inaccuracies and is a pending case with Pasco county. This is a notice for initiating litigation and an attempt to settle the matter,” Joseph stated in an email to RNRF.
During a phone interview, Mr. Joseph confirmed that his client was arrested for DUI but that his client had not been terminated. We explained that Walker’s termination was confirmed by Pasco Sheriff’s Spokesperson Kevin Doll, but he still demanded that it be removed until the conclusion of the investigation.
Joseph also asked that we remove all “unconfirmed information” from the article until an officials report is released. RNRF wants to reiterate, the information regarding the crash, fleeing from the scene, and leaving a firearm in the vehicle is unconfirmed. This is information received from three independent witnesses, not officials.
We asked Joseph to provide details of the case but he declined.
