Search Underway for Armed Robbery Suspects Dressed as a Clown and Wolf

WESLEY CHAPEL (PASCO) – Detectives with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an early morning armed robbery of a local convenience story by two masked assailants.Around 1:30 a.m., officials say two men walked into the 7-Eleven located at 27219 Wesley Chapel Blvd and demanded cash from the store clerk. One suspect was armed with Glock style handgun and wore a clown mask. The second suspect wore a wolf mask and carried a backpack. Both men are described as being white or Hispanic.During the robbery, the clerk emptied the register as instructed and then both suspects fled the area in a newer model white car, possibly a Toyota Camry.
