UPDATE: 6:54 P.M. – Breighner’s uncle, Robert Benjamin, contacted RNRF and explained that his nephew did not run from today’s hearing but that when he arrived in the parking lot of the courthouse, several deputies charged after him, which led to him fleeing the area.
