Search Underway for Suspect in Dollar General Armed Robbery
UDPATE: 12:05 P.M. – The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information regarding this morning’s robbery of a Dollar General Store:
On 02/27/2018, at approximately 8:03 am an unknown suspect entered the Dollar General located at 14040 County Line Road, in Spring Hill and demanded money from the clerk while brandishing a black, unknown caliber, semi-automatic hand gun. He took an unknown amount of cash and a bag of rice.
The suspect was described as a thin black male, approximately 6’01”, late 20’s to early 30’s, last seen on foot possibly heading east on County Line Road and wearing a dark grey hoodie, dark sweatpants, black sneakers, and a scarf around his face. HUDSON (PASCO) – Investigators are searching for the suspect responsible for an early morning armed robbery that occurred at the Dollar General located at 14040 County Line Road.
According to sources, the suspect is described as a black male, 6’1”, dressed in a dark grey hoodie, black sweat pants, and wore a scarf or mask over his face.
There are unconfirmed reports that he was armed with an unknown type handgun.
It is unknown if the suspect fled on foot or in a vehicle.
