Search Warrant Yields Three Arrests – Heightened Enforcement Expected
SPRING HILL – Numerous Law Enforcement Officers from various agencies are working together over the holiday weekend, to take down drug traffickers and drunk drivers.
RNRF has observed several traffic stops in the area over the last few days, and that aggressive approach is expected to continue.
Today, the Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant on a residence in Spring Hill, which yielded three arrests.
According to reports, detectives responded to 1240 London Ave, in reference to executing arrest warrants on 44-year-old Valerie Gallo, for the Sale and Possession of both Methamphetamine and Crack Cocaine. Inside the residence, investigators discovered numerous items of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, and unidentified pills.
A second suspect, 63-year-old Henry Porch was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Those same charges were added to Gallo as a result of the search.
The third suspect, 48-year-old Eric Dennis Luhtanen, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Driving with a Suspended License, when he arrived on the scene during the investigation. Luhtanen was also charged with possession of paraphernalia.
