Stolen, Wacky, Wavy, Inflatable, Tube Man, Recovered – Suspect Charged
RIDGE MANOR – Yesterday, RNRF reported the theft of a Wacky, Waving, Inflatable, Arm Flailing, Tube Man, from American Gun & Pawn Store in Brooksville.
Owner, Steve Champion provided RNRF with video surveillance, showing the suspect purchasing ammunition with his 10-year-old son, moments before he walked outside and stole the inflatable advertising device.
Champion contact RNRF last night to advise that a suspect had been identified, and that Brooksville Police were going to seek a warrant for his arrest.
According to reports, Detectives made contact with the suspect, identified as 36-year-old Gregory Michael Rapp at his home in Ridge Manor, where he admitted to the theft. Rapp turned over the device and it was returned to American Gun & Pawn.
Rapp says that although his son was in his company, he was unaware of the theft.
Rapp will be charged by warrant with misdemeanor petit theft.

Champion says an adult male and his 8 to 10-year-old male companion walked into his store today and purchased some ammunition. Soon after they theft the store, Champion says the duo stole his $300, wacky, waving, inflatable, arm flailing, tube, advertising man.
The surveillance video below shows the suspects while they were inside the store.
