Three Suspects Charged with First Degree Murder in Shooting Death of Rival MC Gang Member
PASCO – Sheriff Chris Nocco announced the arrest of three suspects involved in yesterday’s execution style murder of a rival motorcycle club member on the Suncoast Parkway.
During a press conference this afternoon, Nocco thanked the teamwork and cooperation of the ATF and several other local agencies for their help in capturing the suspects, less that 18-hours into the investigation.
Nocco identified the shooter as 29-year-old Christopher Cosimano, Chapter President of the 69’ers Motorcycle Club, 51-year-old Michael Dominick Mencher as the second motorcyclist, and 26-year-old Allan Burt Guinto, who allegedly drove the scout vehicle. All three are charged with First Degree Premeditated Murder, in the shooting death of 44-year-old Paul Anderson.
Nocco says the suspects belong to the 69’ers, a rival Motorcycle Club of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. Nocco believes the shooting may have been in retaliation for Guinto being beat up by the Outlaws in a bar recently.
Nocco voiced concerns for the community over future violence, stating “I believe there will be retaliation. We have information that motorcycle clubs are coming down into the state of Florida and we expect that there will be more violence in the Tampa Bay Region.”
Nocco explained that not all bikers who are involved in criminal activity have the stereotypical appearance. Nocco says there are lawyers, nurses, and even people working in public safety who are professionals during the day, and then commit crimes when they are off the clock.
Nocco urges the community to be vigilant and if you see something, say something.
