BROOKSVILLE – Two men are charged with Burglary with Assault or Battery and a third suspect remains at large, after Police say they invaded a residence at Candleglow Apartments and attacked a male victim.
According to officials, 19-year-old Frederick Jermaine Brown, 18-year-old Robert Cleo Lewis and a third unidentified suspect knocked on the door of an apartment and when the victim’s girlfriend answered, they barged in and attacked her boyfriend.
Officials say Lewis Grabbed the victim and threw him on a bed, while he and the other men struck the victim. A neighbor overheard the girlfriend screaming and called 911, but the men fled the residence before police arrived on the scene.
