Woman Stabs Family Then Turns Knife on Herself

Officials have now released the identities of all those involved as, Christina Owen, 34 (Victim, Critical Condition), Joseph Catalano, 51 (Victim, Stable Condition), and Heather Catalano, 22 (Suspect, Stable Condition). Joseph is Heather’s Father, and Christina is Joseph’s girlfriend. All three reside at the same residence on Estate Street.
Officials believe all three individuals became involved in a family disturbance around 4:00 a.m., which led to Heather stabbing her own father and his girlfriend. Heather then turned the knife on herself.
Christina Owen was able to run from the scene to a neighbor’s house to call for help.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Heather Catalano. Once she has been medically cleared, she will be placed under arrest and charged with Attempted Murder, and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
The incident remains under investigation, according to officials.

According to reports, just after 4:00 a.m. Fire Rescue responded to 151 Estates Ave, where they discovered three adult stabbing victims. All three victims were airlifted to a local a trauma center, where their conditions are unknown.
There are unconfirmed reports that the victims all knew each other and that it is domestic related. There are also unconfirmed reports that the suspect was stabbed and is among one of the three flown to a trauma center.
Officials say more information is forthcoming.
