BROOKSVILLE – RNRF has just received information that absconded sex offender, 31-year-old Elyard Randolph, was captured by Sheriff’s Deputies earlier this afternoon.

Last Thursday, Randolph disappeared from his home on Campbell Drive, after he cut his GPS monitoring device from his ankle.
