PASCO – Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement are preparing for the worst but hoping for a peaceful outcome, during tomorrow’s funeral procession of Outlaws Motorcycle Club President, 44-year-old Paul Anderson.

FLORAL CITY (CITRUS) – Mental illness took its toll on another victim this morning, after Deputies responded to a residence on East Wind Court, where a man was “violently harming himself.”

UPDATE: 9:57 P.M. - One of the housing units, referred to as a Pod, is being evacuated at this time. Ventilation efforts are expected to continue.

BROOKSVILLE – It’s going to be a cold night for some inmates inside the Hernando County Jail, after a propane leak prompted the shut off of fuel that feeds the facility’s heating system.

SPRING HILL – A two-vehicle crash injured at least three people, one seriously, at the intersection of Mariner Blvd and Partridge Street.

REGIONAL – Freezing temperatures are expected across most of Florida tonight and some counties, including Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus are under a hard freeze warning.

SPRING HILL – Burglars got away with an undisclosed amount of jewelry this morning, after a smash and grab burglary occurred at a local jewelry store.

CITRUS COUNTY - A sad day for two Citrus County Families, after separate vehicle crashes claimed the lives of two women on SR-44.

SPRING HILL – No other profession demands a higher ethical standard than those working in law enforcement, and it is incumbent on the officer to live above reproach, both on and off duty. With law enforcement officers already living in a virtual “fishbowl,” it has become even more imperative that they conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Those standards have come into question for one Florida Highway Patrol Trooper, after he was trespassed from a local bar for being highly intoxicated and trying to fight with patrons during an incident last Thanksgiving.

UPDATE: 7:15 P.M. - The deceased has been identified as 71-year-old Cora Lee Stanley. The driver, Alicia Danielle Cummings, 29, and a 3-year-old girl suffered serious injuries.

WESLEY CHAPEL (PASCO) – One person was killed and two seriously injured after a vehicle crash occurred on Eiland Blvd, earlier this morning.

LUTZ (PASCO) – A New Year’s Eve party turned horrifying for a teenage girl who was sexually battered by a 24-year-old man.

SPRING HILL – If you thought getting behind on your home furnishing lease payments would only hurt your credit score, think again. That’s what 28-year-old Christopher Rosario found out the hard way, after he failed to make payments on items leased from Great Rooms furniture store on Mariner Blvd.

REGIONAL – The National Weather Service is predicting freezing temperatures overnight that could reach as far south as Pasco County.
