DEVELOPING: Deputies Searching for Possible Kidnapping Victim - UPDATE
UPDATE: 3/26/2016, 4:06 P.M. - Last night we reported that Michelle Padurano was located at Oak Hill Hospital, bringing to an end a near 12-hour search for the missing woman. It is not known if a suspect is still at large or if a search is still underway.
During the search, RNRF learned that Padurano had two warrants for her arrest. We did not provide that information in the original report. After Padurano was medically cleared, she was transported to the Hernando County Jail and booked on count (1) Failure to Appear (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia) and count (2) Failure to Appear (Driving on a Suspended License). She is currently free on $3,000 bond.
There are unconfirmed reports that a vehicle was towed from the residence on Fish Cove Drive, late last night.
You can clearly see in the picture below that Padurano has sustained bruising to the eye and a cut on her nose. It is suspected that her injuries are the result of the violent beating - described by a witness at the scene.
UPDATE: 3/25/2016, 7:46 P.M. - There are now unconfirmed reports that Padurano has been located at Oak Hill Hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time.
SPRING HILL – Information is still developing at this time; however, there are unconfirmed reports that Sheriff’s Deputies are currently investigating a possible kidnapping that occurred at a residence on Fish Cove Drive.
According to our sources, around 3:30 p.m. today, 911 operators received reports that a woman was being beaten, and possibly abducted at gunpoint.
Numerous deputies responded to the area and began preparations to make entry into the home, located at 13066 Fish Cove Drive. Around 5:00 p.m., several heavily armed deputies surrounded the home and made contact with two individuals inside. The alleged suspect and victim were not located, and the two occupants were not detained.
An acquaintance of the alleged victim, who wished not to be identified, claims the missing woman is 26-year-old Michelle Padurano. She believes Padurano’s life is in danger and even showed us a picture of what appeared to be the victim’s badly beaten face. She went on to say that the suspect, who she did not identify, threw the victim in a bathtub naked, beat her, and then held her at gunpoint.
Padurano has a long history of drug abuse, which she discussed one-on-one with RNRF several months ago. It is alleged that today’s incident is possibly drug related.
Michelle Padurano is described as a white female, 5’10”, 170lbs.

Yeah obviously airicka clark commenter is right just leave her alone. shes obviously is doing just fine by herself. drugs getting beat naked and gun point. sounds like the perfect situation. she probably doesnt need any help… seriously ? Why do so many on RNRF website refer to the Sheriff and our Officers as “Stupid”?
I look at this first photo and the first thing I think is, I certainly do not want to be on the wrong side of the law, it’s more than intimidating!
The second thought is obviously these officers do not know what to expect when that door opens but they have each other’s back.
God Bless Our Officers and what they do to assure we as citizens are protected and safe. God knows they have their hands full here in Hernando, wish we had more and wish they were paid double.
Prayers are with the young lady, I hope she heals both mentally and physically. I also hope the guy that did this to her is put away for along time. If drugs were the issue he would not have access behind bars

thats part of of the job. you hear a ringing usually for a lil while. In an armed encounter where firearms are discharged the loudest noise is click ie empty, all other sounds blend in with a slow motion feel.
Unique07, Drugs are a LOT more attainable behind bars than you can imagine. This is true on the County Jail level, as well as State AND Federal Prison.
I have to agree with you 100 percent. Every facility Ive ever been in (work related) has had issues between visitation, civilian employees, volunteers, road crew, general services, correctional officers etc. Drugs are flowing in of all variety. Always finding that home made buck drink also. Nothing like fermented juice and fruit in a sock..

Believe the female in the red and white outfit was arrested Friday. On the Hernando county inmate search shows a female who looks identical.

Sweet girl just got pulled into the drug life. 2 months before I got sober I left her at the motel 6 . Told her to get out before something like this happened .
The scraped nose and black eye I can understand, but what-in-the -hell got a hold of her and mucked up her hair and her ears? That’s the damage she should have fought back against! Can it be fixed, or is she doomed to look like that forever?

Everyone seems to be perfect. She needs help agreed. But everyone looks different. Everyone has their own style they like. Many ppl look at their self as a canvas and they do what they want with it. It’s their body. Should never judged looks color ears lips eyes earrings hair dye tattoos piercings. It’s who they are. No one knows the battles ppl carry with them and what they are fighting.
