  1. another convicted felon with a gun.. its almost safe to assume every violent convicted felon is armed these days. Bring back chain gangs but no instead of hard community service he will get free medical free clothing free room free food etc.. all at the expense of the tax payers. We turned into such a soft society on criminals. Such a shame. Its hard for law enforcement to do an effective job when its such a hug a thug mentality out and about. Instead of turning him into a productive member of society he will be put in a place with his friends where he will have solid access to party favors. You wonder why repeat offenders laugh at our correctional system. I feel for our officers, and first response personnel that take such great risks with such limitations at times.
