BROOKSVILLE – Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 39-year-old Jonathon Cobb, the man investigators say is responsible for the shooting death of 52-year-old Bobby Jordan.
According to our sources, Cobb was located in the area of Cortez Blvd and I-75 and may have been hiding in a wooded area near the Hampton Inn.
Sources tell RNRF that the firearm used in the shooting has not yet been recovered.
There are unconfirmed reports that a short foot pursuit ensued prior to Cobb being taken into custody.
Last night, deputies located Cobb’s pickup truck parked behind the Winn Dixie on Commercial Way (Click for Full Story).
