Second Motorcycle Crash Today Sends Driver to Trauma Center
BROOKSVILLE – For the second time in less than an hour, Fire Rescue responded to reports of a motorcycle crash involving serious injuries.
The driver of Harley Davidson motorcycle crashed in the westbound lanes of Cortez Blvd, at Deltona Blvd, after bystanders say the kickstand dropped down while the bike was in motion.
Sources say the driver may have suffered injuries to the head, leg and wrist.
The driver was transported to Bayonet Point Hospital for treatment.
