And deputies investigating a retail theft at the Cortez Blvd. Wal-Mart said they were called to the customer service office after a store employee said they found a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe in a bag with a printer that a customer was returning. The suspect was identified as 40-year old David Voorheis Hubbard II of Lake in the Woods Dr. in Spring Hill. Hubbard was charged with misdemeanor pot possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
