Three Women Face Domestic Violence Related Charges, One Has Multiple Arrests and Violations
SPRING HILL – Three women face various domestic violence related charges, after a weekend of quarrelling led to punching, slapping, and violating a restraining order.
The first incident occurred Saturday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. when 20-year-old Khrystal Annette Santos-Hita began arguing with her live-in boyfriend while he was driving on Commercial Way. According to reports, the argument turned physical after Hita grabbed her boyfriend by the hair, forcing him to pull the car over in the Red Lobster Parking lot. That’s when Hita smacked her boyfriend in the face and ripped his shirt as he was trying to get out of the car. When Deputies arrived on scene, Hita said “I did it, just take me to jail.” Hita was taken into custody and charged with Domestic Battery. She is currently free on a $250 bond.
The second incident occurred Sunday afternoon, when 39-year-old Angela Kelly Feightner punched her boyfriend in the face after he inadvertently locked his keys in their pickup truck. Feightner denied punching her boyfriend, despite the victim’s obvious injury to his lip. Feightner is currently behind bars held on a $500 bond.
33-year-old Mandy Evon found herself behind bars for the 5th time in just two years, after she violated a court order to have no contact with her husband and two children. According to reports, Evon was attending a county event on Kenlake Ave, Saturday, when she noticed her husband and children at the same event. When the victims turned and tried to leave the event, Evon intentionally followed, which violated the injunction. Evon is charged with violating the court order and is free on a $1,500 bond.
A record search revealed three previous domestic battery charges and three counts of violating the court ordered injunction, since August of 2015.
It should be noted that both Mandy Evon and husband Timothy Evon were both charged during the first incident in 2015 but all charges were eventually dropped.
Timothy Evon filed for divorce earlier this month.
